Intercooler Repair
The client had a Series 6 Intercooler that had half a bar of differential pressure reading across the intercooler. It was very high; almost 8 lbs. They pulled it out, shipped it to us, our inspection found it was extremely dirty. We completely disassembled it, thoroughly cleaned it in the ultrasonic tank, reassembled it, tested it and shipped it out.
